Finding my way Home

Finding HomeWe hear this common phrase all the time:  “Home is where your heart is.”  As I begin this journey to NM, I am reminded how true this phrase is.  I am experiencing an invitation to find home within myself at deeper and deeper layers.

I left my physical apartment (home) and soon will be leaving my ancestral home.  The only “home” I have left is within my heart and body.  This stripping down of homes has illuminated what the healing journey is truly about:  a journey that takes us to a place where Home is our True Self, fully whole, fully One with the Sacred.

As I wove this beauty, I did so upside down.  The bottom of the picture was the top of my weaving frame. It was not until I took it off the loom that I saw the image.

Sometimes, to find Home, we must flip our lives upside down and see where it takes us!

  1. Your reflection touches my “home”. I realize how my many homes have taken me into my true home. I often say, home is where my suitcase is today. Blessings to you as you continue your awesome jouney to NM, and beyond.
